Placing Your Order

You may place your order by filling in the order form on this website.

When you place your order, we will issue you with an order number. We will do this by email.

Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding USA Federal Holidays.

We process credit card payments after you click the "Place Order" button.

We will email a "New Order" confirmation to you, this is your proof of purchase.

Refund/Exchange Policy

If for some reason you would like to return or exchange your good/s, please contact us within 14 days from the day your package was delivered.  We will arrange for the return of the goods and either issue a refund or send a replacement product.  We love happy customers.   Please e-mail us at info@cassarablue.com to discuss your return.

Sale Merchandise

Merchandise purchased from the "Sale" page is non-returnable, non-refundable.  All Sales are Final.
